ברית הזוגיות – מדוע החוק אינו טוב ובוודאי שאין לתקנו

חוק ברית הזוגיות משנת 2010, הוא החוק המאפשר הסדר לרישום זוגיות אזרחי לבני זוג ששניהם חסרי דת. ביום 16.6.2013 עלתה הצעה מטעם שרת המשפטים ציפי לבני לתקן את החוק לפי נוסח שהוצע  על ידי ח"כ מאיר שטרית מהתנועה. על פי ההצעה החוק יורחב ויחול גם על בני זוג ששניהם אינם יכולים להינשא ברבנות, בעיקר עולים חדשים  שהגיעו ממדינות […]
