בתום שנה למלחמה, ניתן לציין כי הפרוייקט החדשני והרגיש של הצוואה הביולוגית, מתבסס ומעצים. חשיבותו כבר איננה וירטואלית אלא, היא מציאות יומיומית עליה אנחנו נדרשים לתת את הדעת.

ארגון משפחה חדשה, מקדם את פרויקט הצוואה הביולוגית, פרויקט אותו יזם הארגון למען כבוד האדם וחירותו. לראשונה בהיסטוריה של המין האנושי קיימת אפשרות ממשית להניח צוואה אנושית, אשר תוכל לקבוע את עתידו של האדם לחיים גם לאחר מותו באמצעות צאצאים שיוולדו לו בעתיד. מדוע זכות זו פחות חשובה מתרומת איברים המעניקה חיים. מדוע אין אפשרות להעניק חיים על פי רצון האדם להמשכיותו.
